个人简介:

彭城,博士,研究员。2011年毕业于上海交通大学,获计算机软件与理论博士学位,2008-2010年在美国加州大学伯克利分校生物工程系进行博士联合培养。2011年进入华中农业大学生物信息系工作,2019年调入云南大学生命科学学院。主要从事生物信息学研究,开发多款生物信息学软件来处理和分析多种高通量测序数据,以通讯作者发表二十余篇学术论文。

1、高通量数据分析:开发和应用生物信息学软件来处理高通量测序数据和解析生物学意义。

2、计算药物筛选:开发药物诱导扰动和药物重定位预测模型,结合实验开展初步功能验证。
